EMBARK ON THE EXCITING JOURNEY OF MASTERING YOUR MIND

This is a spiritual programme to discover answers and the happiness that lies within, all in a supportive group setting of like-minded people.

This Series of online lectures and metaphysical exercises will take us deeper into the practice and knowledge of Tantra Yoga. We will cover:

  • Panchakosha – The 5 Bodies explained

  • Developing the supra-mental awareness in Yoga

  • Introducing the Yamas & Niyamas

  • New powerful meditation technique: Jangama Dhyana

  • Learning the Tantric version of Sun Salutations

  • Introduction to Ayurveda - the 3 Doshas

  • Introducing the next 5 Asanas and their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits.

This course is open to those, who have completed our Module 2 - Developing Concentration of the mind. Those new to Yoga, who wish to embark on the journey of Tantra Yoga, please see the dates for Module 1 here.

This is the third module in our Tantra Yoga Foundational Level 1 course.

In Tantra Yoga level 1 you will learn the Foundational Teachings:

  • Transformational understanding of yogic science and philosophy

  • Instruction in 20 Hatha Yoga asanas, including physical performance and energetic and healing effects

  • In-depth knowledge of the complete chakra system and its relationship to your personal practice and daily life

  • An overview of yogic diets

  • Powerful yogic techniques for purifying and cleansing the body

  • Enhanced power of the mind through concentration and visualisation techniques

  • Principles of yama and niyama,

  • Universal laws that let you harness energy,

  • Practice of meditation techniques stemming from the ancient yogic tradition

  • Examination of the various stages and branches of the Yoga system.

This is an Online Course

Once accepted you will be sent a link to a dedicated private group, a link for live module stream and additional study material through regular postal mail.

The course is designed in a way that allows the participants to communicate with the teacher throughout the live teaching sessions. You will also be included in the private group of students and receive support after the teachings have been passed to you. We provide all our students an ongoing support as we are aware that guidance and teaching extends beyond just passing on the tools & techniques.
